Roger Hunt
President, Operations Manager
B.A, Iowa State University, Industrial Technology
Roger joined Triad in 1987. He is involved in all aspects of management and production including bid development, scheduling, procurement, assembly, and shipping. He also deals with product development, prototypes, custom I/O equipment and graphical design for ops panels.

Eileen Jutting
Treasurer, Accountant
B.A., Dordt University, Business Administration and Business Administration/Accounting
Eileen started at Triad in 1982. Along with managing Triad's accounting department, she is also involved in multiple aspects of production including bid development, project coordination, procurement, assembly, documentation, software integration, and testing.

Tammy Hunt
Office Manager, PCB Specialist
B.A, Iowa State University, Business Administration
Tammy has been with Triad since 1987, starting as a circuit board assembler. She continues in that role, building custom PCBs and control panels, as well as performing various accounting duties and “manning” the front desk.

John Bowman
Control Panel Fabrication, Service Manager
Des Moines Area Community College, Electronic Technology. Also many service and programming schools
John has been with Triad since 1995, joining the company through its acquisition of AV Services. He brings many years of experience in building and installing industrial control panels, and provides support for legacy AV systems when needed.

Michael Landon
Design & Fabrication
Des Moines Area Community College, High Technology
Prior to joining Triad in 1998, Michael's background included three years of computer consulting. In his current position, he designs control panel layouts and assembles industrial control panels, along with engineering and designing custom electro-mechanical projects.

Ed Post
Assembly Specialist
Ed returned to Triad in 2022 after previously spending 27 years with the company managing media duplication and distribution. His patience and skills in interpreting plans and building custom industrial equipment play a key role in Triad’s success.

Paul Krogh
Control Panel and Assembly Assistant
B.A., Evergreen State College, Music & Audio Production, Photography, Consciousness
Since joining Triad in 2024, Paul contributes creative thinking and careful attention to detail across a variety of tasks, from producing and editing audio and video projects for legacy clients to performing detailed control panel wiring and other assembly work.

Beverly Smith
Electronics Specialist
Beverly joined Triad in 2025, adding her controls engineering and electronic design expertise to the team.
Her experience includes PLC, Arduino, Ladder, and PLUS+1 programming. She also steps up when needed for fabrication or assembly tasks.

Elijah Wilson
Assembly Assistant
Elijah has been part of Triad since 2024. Through dedication and hands-on learning, he has become a valuable member of the team, continually expanding his knowledge and skills in the assembly process.

Monica Post
Procurement and Assembly Assistant
B.A., Nebraska Wesleyan University, Biology and Science Education
Monica joined Triad in 2025. She tracks and organizes incoming procurement orders to be sure assemblers have the parts and components they need, and assists with parts preparation and assembly as needed.

Jeanie Jorgensen
General Assistant
Ellsworth Community College
Jeanie has worked with Triad part-time since 2023. Her work spans multiple areas of the company, including documentation writing, procurement, parts organization, subassembly fabrication, and assembly support.
